Question 1

Can I start a campaign before creating an account?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Start a brief at /campaigns/new, then sign in or sign up when you are ready to generate. Kitehush keeps the brief and selected images in your browser while you authenticate, then restores them when you return.

Question 2

What do I need for Free content?

Accepted Answer

The Free content flow creates content for one product at a time. Enter a product name and a description or key facts. Category, writing template, extra facts, and a photo are optional.

Question 3

What are the plans and monthly generation limits?

Accepted Answer

Free includes 5 campaign generations per UTC month. Kitehush Campaign Plan costs $19 per month and includes 50 campaign generations per UTC month. The monthly allowance follows the UTC calendar month.

Question 4

What unlocks the full campaign package?

Accepted Answer

A verified, active Kitehush Campaign Plan unlocks the full package for campaigns with up to eight products. An inactive, unverified, or different subscription does not grant full-package access.

Question 5

Where are generated campaigns saved, and what happens when I archive one?

Accepted Answer

Generated campaigns are saved to the signed-in owner’s campaign workspace; each account can access only its own records. The workspace has Active and Archived views. Archived campaigns stay saved and can be restored, but their content cannot be edited while they are archived.

Question 6

Can I edit and save generated content?

Accepted Answer

Yes. In the Free content editor, you can edit and save the listing and captions. With full-package access, campaign details let you edit and save listing copy, captions, and email drafts. Saved changes remain with that campaign.

Question 7

Which social platforms get captions?

Accepted Answer

Free content can generate TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook captions. The full package adds X. Captions can be edited and saved in the content editor or campaign details.

Question 8

What is included in a campaign ZIP download?

Accepted Answer

The ZIP contains available listing copy, social captions, email drafts, photography prompts, and image assets that can be retrieved. Its campaign summary records categories or image assets that were omitted, including the reason an asset could not be retrieved.

Question 9

When is the campaign-brief PDF available?

Accepted Answer

The PDF is available when the saved campaign has a complete generated brief. If required sections are missing, Kitehush lists them; if generation failed, the download explains that and asks you to retry generation.

Question 10

Does Kitehush automatically sync with my online store?

Accepted Answer

No active native synchronization with Shopify, Fourthwall, WooCommerce, or another store is available in the current product. Signed-in users can import a product CSV manually, but that does not keep a store synchronized. Automatic store sync is not currently available, and no activation date is promised.
